Grade 12
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Computer literate
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) fluent in English.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
To make or answer queries on behalf of the Company in order to fulfil client needs.
Listening to and resolving client complaints.
Provide access to information for clients, potential clients, employer organisations, brokers and service providers enquiring via written communication, telephone, visiting the office and/or social media.
