About the role



We are looking for a client service lead to head up our client service and integrated execution team, build trusted client relationships, and drive service excellence and strategic best practices. This role requires strong leadership, business growth focus, and profitability management.

Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification Eight or more years' experience in client service within an Advertising agency or related field Strategic thinker with sound financial acumen Business-savvy with a tenacious spirit for mentoring teams Ability to deliver service excellence while expanding client portfolios
