Minimum Requirements
- Matric.
- Ability to comprehend technical information.
- Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work any of the fixed shift periods in line with business requirements.
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Take ownership and responsibility of customer queries ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support.
- Meet quality standards in order to contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.
- High motivation with ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Contribute to success of team to achieve targets and Service Level Agreements.
- Understand and adhere to company policy and procedure.
