  • Perform investigations on tasks and provide feedback to the relevant teams.
  • Communicate with relevant credit providers to request and confirm information
  • Provide detailed notes on actions taken on all tasks
  • Execute tasks timeously with accuracy
  • Generate and deliver documents to credit providers for relevant teams
  • Execute Ad-Hoc tasks
  • Manage email boxes and ensure queries get directed to relevant team

Minimum Requirements:Matric (National Diploma or Degree is an advantage)1 year of Administration experience in the financial or Credit industries (Advantage) * Clear credit and criminal record
  • Debt Counselling experience will be advantageous
