Title Client Solutions ArchitectKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine technical and business requirements from clients and provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
Create technical design configuration documentation including design diagrams with technical explanations
Feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new productsPerform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development frameworkSell technical solutions to the client with professionalism and enthusiasm * Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts against key KPIs
Structure and produce compelling sales proposals, presentations, commercial and technical documentation
Interface with the implementation project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery

Stay up to date of new market and industry trends and innovations.
Manage business risk, through continuous internal and external monitoring of business impact, as well as changes in stakeholder needs.
Lead and guide improvement projects that will increase profits or protect against risks in the function.
Establish and maintain the highest ethical standards .
External Parties and Relationship Management
Oversee relationship with service providers and partners and ensure all the services are delivered properly, evaluate the performance of consultants and report any deviations to the relevant department for any corrective actions.
Business Management degree or equivalent NQF 7 qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.(advantageous)

Skills and Experience
At least 5 years technical solution sales experience with a documented successful track record in selling high end services, rich and complex technology solutions in the relevant industry. Preferred track record and good working relationship with clients within the Mining and Manufacturing sector
5+ years of experience in a technical role, ideally as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful client projects
Preferred experience or sound knowledge of the Healthcare industry
Understanding of quality of service in design and implementation to support our product portfolio.
Working knowledge of latest technologies and technology trends
Solid experience of requirements gathering and solution design in a commercial setting
Able to show and discuss a range of previous customer solution designs.
Comfortable working with a broad set of teams, including close working relationships with sales and technical teams.
Confident presenting in a formal setting and be able to chair and take the lead in customer meetings when required.
Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience (C-Suite and operational teams)
Understanding of business needs and pressures in a commercial setting.
