Job Description


Our client, a leading Technical Services Provider in Cape Town, is seeking a Client Support Administrator to join their team. Part of your KPIs will be providing client support services to external and internal clients, resolving customer queries and requests, as well as fax and email accounts to clients on request and other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:
Matric
Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Previous experience in a client services environment will be advantageous
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
