Minimum Requirements
Experience:
+ Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial services or insurance environment.
+ Experience in customer communication, particularly via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms.
Skills & Competencies:
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
+ Confident and assertive communicator with the ability to engage professionally with clients via phone and direct communication.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
+ RE5 Qualification is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
Rent to Own Administration:
+ Communicate with potential clients via WhatsApp to discuss rent-to-own sales and offerings.
+ Explain rental agreements to delivery drivers and assist them with understanding terms and conditions.
+ Capture and input driver details accurately into the asset management system.
+ Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and monitor their rental progress.
+ Manage basic filing, scanning, and documentation related to rent-to-own agreements.
Customer Satisfaction and Follow-Up:
+ Regularly check in with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the rent-to-own program and the condition of the motorbike.
+ Handle any post-sale inquiries and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
Insurance Claims Administration:
+ Collate relevant insurance claim information from clients and ensure all documents are complete.
+ Communicate with clients regarding the status of their insurance claims, including providing updates and answering queries.
+ Work closely with the insurance team to ensure all claims are processed in a timely manner.
+ Ensure all insurance claim records are accurately filed and updated.
General Administration Duties:
+ Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing company records.
+ Assist with reporting on rent-to-own program and insurance claims data.
+ Maintain and organize the asset management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
+ Assist with other administrative tasks and ad hoc requests within the scope of the role.
