• Provide top-notch support through various channels, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for every client.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, turning challenges into opportunities.
• Gain expertise in our client support platforms, offering valuable insights and troubleshooting assistance.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance our support processes and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the team to share insights and feedback, helping to shape and refine our support strategies.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role.
• Strong communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
• Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Internet Requirements:

• Personal PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
