The primary role of Integrated Operational Support (IOS) is to provide general administrative and operational support across multiple functions in the Clinical Study Unit (CSU). This includes creating and maintaining departmental related trackers, correspondence and reports. In addition, this position is responsible for preparing raw data reports, logistical oversight of new hire orientations and face to face meetings and serving as a subject matter expert for administrative systems used across the CSU.
This role is also responsible for administrative activities required to be performed by an internal employee of Sanofi related to government, investigator sites or associated stakeholders submissions, invoices, etc as per local requirements.
The role of the IOS is to assist/complete special projects, assignments and initiatives focused on the CSU business needs, aligned with the core internal and external partners. This resource is key for administrative management related to resourcing, management of various financial reporting, contracting and payments to vendors. Responsibilities will include liaison across the business and in coordination of the local alliance managers, finance, procurement and the provider.
This role supports local administrative needs of clinical trial management tasks to track and, in collaboration with other functions as appropriate, KPIs reporting of the CSU study teams, notifying CSU management of any known risks.
This role is allocated at cluster/country level and part of a global/regional network. Some specified tasks are managed at regional level and distributed between cluster IOS who can act as a back-up for each other when applicable. Network creation will promote harmonization at regional/global level, open knowledge sharing and promote the One CSU mindset.

Previous experience working with financials is preferred.
Proficiency in MS office tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, O365 (including SP and Teams) and Outlook are essential.

Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude are critical for engaging with internal and external partners.
Intermediate or advanced level in English.
Ability to be self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
What are we looking for:
A qualification in a scientific/medical/finance/administrative discipline.
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry administration setting.
Administrative work & decisions in anticipating shorter timelines, deliver quality results, respecting ethics codes and values, respecting budget and strive for savings, mainly when dealing with vendors/services providers.
Proficiency in MS office tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, O365 (including SP and Teams) and Outlook are essential.
Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and local regulations is a plus
Previous experience with vendor and partnership management
Previous experience supporting financials and contracting processes is desired
