We have a vacancy for a Clinical Facilitator
Based in Century City CapeTown
The incumbent will facilitate training, induction , orientation and registration of temp Nursing staff for various Hospital clients

National Diploma in Nursing or related discipline
Registered Nurse with current SANC registration
Minimum of 3 years post graduate experience
A minimum of 2 years Private Hospital work experience
ICU experience and Ventilator trained essential
Intermediate computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Email)
drivers license and own transport essential
Comprehensive clinical nursing experience and clinical credibility
Capacity to plan and organise schedules and to maintain standards in work team, monitoring conduct and performance
Developing and maintaining sound relationships with the clients
Engaging with Nurse Managers and Unit Managers, to identify staff training requirements and assist with proactive solutions
Attending appropriate meetings at the clinical interface, monitoring trends and record keeping,
Assisting with the upkeep of the data base
On going personal development ensuring that knowledge and skills are current to the clinical environment
Experience in performance management and the disciplinary process and understanding of Basic Conditions of Employment Act
