Clinical Hospital Auditor: HBM Customer Service Advisor (Permanent) - GautengPOSITION: PermanentCOMMENCEMENT: ASAPMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Nurse with a B Cur Degree or Nursing Diploma
  • Minimum 5 years Nursing experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience gained in the medical funding industry
  • Active SANC Membership
  • Computer literate
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) fluent in English.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
  • Delivering of cost-effective and affordable managed healthcare services to accomplish member satisfaction.
  • Record keeping and documentation.
  • Training staff on continual basis.
Competencies:
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with people and be team player.
  • Caring attitude and behaviour.
  • Strong sense of self-esteem and confidence.
  • Flexibility in adapting to change and management decisions in order to achieve common goals.
  • The application of problem-solving techniques.
  • Taking responsibility, must have good interpersonal relationship with the staff.
