Job Description


As a Clinical Software & Education Support Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting healthcare professionals in navigating and utilizing our clinical software as well as online education systems effectively. Your responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and performing preliminary issue investigations. You will collaborate closely with our development team to identify and address software bugs or enhancements, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction as well performing QA testing with comprehensive feedback to the relevant team(s) .Additionally, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of educational materials, manuals, and online resources to empower users with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the potential of our clinical software and online education solutions. Your dedication to exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and adeptness at problem-solving will be crucial in fostering positive user experiences and driving the successful adoption of our software within clinical settings.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide expert-level technical support to healthcare professionals using clinical software and online education systems.
  • Perform preliminary investigations on software-related issues to log issues with the development team.
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing to identify and address software bugs or enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to implement fixes and improvements, ensuring seamless system functionality and excellent user experience.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and online resources to support users.
  • Serve as a liaison between users and the development team, conveying user feedback and/or queries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with users.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and software functionality.
QAULFICATIONS & EXPEREINCE:
  • Minimum education qualification - Senior certificate
  • Experience using Zendesk and YouTrack is an added advantage
  • Experience in quality assurance testing, including identifying and documenting bugs.
  • Proficiency in identifying software bugs and issues and relaying these queries to the development team efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong understanding of clinical and educational technology software systems and their functionalities.
