This role will be responsible to lead and manage the clinical services and operations within a project in the Northern Cape. The Clinical Team Lead will ensure that high-quality healthcare services are delivered in line with company objectives, focusing on enhancing client outcomes, ensuring compliance with clinical governance, and driving continuous improvements in healthcare delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.Retired candidates are welcome to apply!Qualificationxc2xb7 Registered Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).xc2xb7 Qualification in Clinical Nursing or Public Health will be advantageous.Experiencexc2xb7 Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.xc2xb7 Proven experience in managing mobile health clinics or similar outreach services.xc2xb7 Experience in HIV/TB screening programs and public health initiatives.Job Knowledgexc2xb7 In-depth knowledge of clinical governance, infection control, and emergency preparedness.xc2xb7 Familiarity with case management systems and care plan audits.xc2xb7 Understanding of the Southern African healthcare landscape, particularly in HIV, TB, and Womens Health.Job Related Skillsxc2xb7 Strong leadership and communication skills.xc2xb7 Excellent clinical auditing and reporting skills.xc2xb7 Proficiency in using case management and clinical reporting systems.xc2xb7 Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.xc2xb7 Ability to manage and mentor clinical teams effectively.
