Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and Maintain Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee our infrastructure in both Microsoft Azure and AWS, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Microsoft Operating Systems Management: Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Microsoft Operating Systems within our network.
• Monitoring Solutions Configuration and Housekeeping: Set up and maintain monitoring solutions to keep our systems running smoothly.
• Security Vulnerabilities Remediation and Updates: Address security vulnerabilities and manage scheduled updates to keep our systems secure.
• Failovers and Procedures Documentation: Document procedures and failovers to ensure preparedness for any contingencies.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors to ensure smooth procurement and maintenance of necessary technologies.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Stack Expertise: Demonstrated expertise with the Microsoft technology stack.
• AWS Stack Proficiency: Intermediate-level proficiency with AWS cloud services.
• Hypervisor Environments Knowledge: Familiarity with hypervisor environments.
• Programming Skills: Adept at one or more programming languages.
• Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

• Windows Operating Systems: 8+ years of hands-on experience.
• Cloud Platforms: 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms.

Qualifications:

• Information Systems Certification/Degree: Essential.
• Microsoft Windows Server Certification: Essential.
• AWS Certification: Essential.
