This is the perfect time to join us and play a crucial role in shaping our company's future vision.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to own and manage Acacium Group's cloud infrastructure environments in Azure. This role will act as a technical lead, liaising with our business, Microsoft and potential partners to modernise Acacium Group's platforms globally.Every day you will

  • Act as a Technical Cloud Lead within Acacium's Global Technology Operations Team
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of our current tenant in line with cloud best practices to enable security, scalability, flexibility, AI, development, big data, and integration of mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop and deliver solutions for cloud-based enterprise environments
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Support and evangelise the cloud journey, elevating the conversation on cloud activities.

To thrive in this role, you must have...
  • Proven IT experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise level, mission-critical applications resolving highly complex issues/situations and driving technical resolution across cross-functional organizations.
  • Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders, Microsoft, and other partners.
  • Extensive hands-on experience within Azure solutions, Landing Zones, Blueprints, Management Groups.
  • Excellent customer service skills- both written and verbal
