Competitive salary and benefits package offered.DescriptionOur client, a distinguished hotel brand, is seeking a highly skilled Cluster General Manager or 3IC to manage a portfolio of up to 10 franchised and managed properties. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and strategic management abilities, ensuring the highest standards of operation across all locations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring seamless management and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing regular and accurate reports on performance and financial metrics.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop property management teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Regularly travel between properties to provide hands-on support and oversight.
Minimum RequirementsRequirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of multi-property management experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to report directly to hotel owners or clients, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Ability to travel as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
  • Highly organized, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
