Job SummaryThe Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations across multiple hotel properties within the cluster. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to maximize occupancy and profitability. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in hospitality sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties effectively.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for multiple hotels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), leisure, and government sectors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position the hotels effectively.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and sales strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term business partnerships.
3. Multi-Property Sales Management
  • Oversee the sales performance of all hotels within the cluster, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Work closely with General Managers and Sales Teams at each property to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Develop and manage joint promotions, marketing campaigns, and cross-property sales initiatives.
4. Sales Team Leadership & Training
  • Lead and mentor the sales teams across different properties.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews to track progress.
5. Reporting & Budget Management
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and revenue analysis to senior management.
  • Monitor sales budgets, expenses, and return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, standards, and ethical sales practices.
