ONLINE SALES ASSISTANT
3-month contract
Food Manufacturing – Milnerton Cape Town
We are looking for an Online Sales Assistant to visit existing and new clients in order to assist them with the online process of purchasing the companies well known products.
Qualification
•2 to 3 years sales related experience (online sales, direct sales, telephone sales or similar)
•2 years customer care experience
•Matric
•Valid drivers license
•Live in Cape Town
•Fluent in English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
•Valid SA ID Book
•
Attributes:
•Excellent communication skills
•Knowledge of retail products
•Knowledge of on-line sales
•Ability to “up sell”
•
