Job Description


Job Summary Our client in Dubai is seeking a CNC Fitter who is prepared to relocate and become part of their dynamic team.Applicants from Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, Kwa-Zulu Natal (Durban) and Limpopo are encouraged to apply.Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in CNC machining or fitting is preferred.
  • Must be trade tested.
  • Familiarity with CNC programming languages (like G-code) can be advantageous.
  • A valid passport is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to understand production requirements.
  • Assemble and fit components accurately according to specifications, ensuring precision and quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of finished products, using measuring tools to ensure compliance with tolerances and specifications.
  • Identify and resolve any issues with machinery or production processes, performing repairs as necessary.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of CNC machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of production processes, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols within the workshop, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with engineers, machinists, and other team members to improve processes and resolve any production challenges.
