?UALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/RE?UIREMENTS
Machining Qualification
5+ years' experience operating CNC machines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Run a small machine shop comprising of a lathe, milling machine, and 3-axis CNC milling machine
Manufacture components as per drawings for use in standardized product range
Must have good communication skills and be able to report back to engineering on possible improvements or issues that arise
Must be forward thinking and be able to develop ideas to increase efficiency on mass production parts.
Must be ready to work as part of small experienced team and be willing to debate ideas and take criticism.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
