Requirements and Experience

2-4 years work related experience
Grade 12 or N3 Technical qualification
2 Years experience using CAD software is a pre-requisite, especially Mastercam, Solidworks and Rhino
Computer Literacy, especially in Word and Excel
Good health and physically fit to assist in loading and unloading of materials from the CNC table
Willingness to learn new software and skills
Good problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate sound work ethics
Attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the CNC machine and Robot
Cutting would be mostly sacrificial moulds, templates, and jigs for various departments
General admin duties would be maintaining your filing system, keeping a record of materials and consumables, and managing job cards
CNC work would include preparing models for CNC, generating toolpaths, cutting parts, verifying, and checking dimensions of cut parts
Assembly, bonding, and vacuum bagging would be required for larger parts
You may be required to work overtime or on weekends
Assist the R&D department with other tasks on an ad hoc basis
