Now that we have completed a little intro about ourselves let's outline this role and what we are looking for!About the Role:As a Cold Call Appointment Setter at OP Digital Solutions, you will be the first point of contact in our sales efforts in the digital marketing space. You will be a driving force in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing tailored digital marketing solutions, and building lasting relationships with clients. We'll need you to establish as many high-quality meetings as possible for our Australian-based team.Key Responsibilities:Research and Insight Development:
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients, industries, and competitors.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new opportunities.
  • Cold Calling
Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and offering solutions with realistic benefits.
Sales and Pipeline Management:
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Professional Growth:
  • Engage in continuous learning and development, with access to courses and professional development funds after one year.
The goal will be to book anywhere from 2-4 high-quality meetings per day.There will be uncapped commission for meetings booked.
*About You:
  • A passionate, ambitious, and tech-savvy individual with a minimum of 6 months experience in digital marketing sales (SEO, paid ads, social media or website sales).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a natural ability for hunting and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, high level of customer empathy, and impeccable honesty.
  • Goal-oriented, with a high degree of self-discipline and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse and collaborative team.
