Collections Agent (contract)
Job Description
Our client is a major residential real estate company that focuses on purchasing high yielding buildings and expanding their R3 billion portfolio. While their operations cover South Africa, they focus on the Gauteng region, delivering seamless service to their tenants.They are seeking a Collections Agent to join their team for a four-month period. In this office-based role, you will report to the Team Leader and be responsible for addressing tenant queries and complaints, managing collections, handling legal non-payment cases, and keeping the database current. Additional responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, providing weekly reports on collections and customer retention, and helping to identify ways to enhance the collection process for both agents and tenants.To be considered for this role, you should have a relevant tertiary qualification, 3-5 years of experience in collections, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with MDA/MRI is required, and experience in the residential property industry is an added advantage
