Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- 3-5 years Bank Collections Experience (Loans and Credit Cards)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excalibur Experience
- Familiarity with banking or financial services.
- Speak/ understand Afrikaans and English.
- Target Driven
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult clients/ debtors.
