The main function of this position is to maximise collections and minimise losses by managing/reducing the arrears in the OK Furniture/House and Home Ledger within his/her team of collectors reporting to him/her by ensuring the productivity of the team meets the set standards.Job Advert Details

Job Objectives * Reduce/Collect Arrears
- Manage train and develop a team of collectors
- Set Targets for individuals in team
- Monitor and review the performance of each team member
- Review Call quality of each team member as per the prescribed guidelines
- Activate Non-paying Accounts
- Educate Customers to pay Arrears/Keep account up to date
- Trace non-contactable customers
- Increase Theoretical Collection Rate
- Achieve the set standards/targets
Experience
- Previous junior management Experience would be an advantage
- In house Programs (UCS)
- Excel
- Google documents
