Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Property Broker at Seeff Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl, located in the City of Cape Town. As a Commercial Property Broker, your day-to-day tasks will include brokerage, sales, commercial real estate, property management, and new home sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential buyers and tenants, conducting property viewings, negotiating leases and sales agreements, managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
- Brokerage, Sales, and Commercial Real Estate skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in the City of Cape Town
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools
- Relevant real estate qualifications or certifications
