Commercial / Civil Litigation Secretary

Job Description


Duties:

  • Drafting and preparation of court and/or commercial documents.
  • Filing and record keeping.
  • Billing and capturing accounts.
  • Ad hoc administrative functions.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of High Court Litigation process advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Commercial Agreements and related matters.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills.
  • Knowledge and working proficiency of Legal Suite will be advantageous.
  • Able to work independently and have meticulous attention to detail.
  • Candidates should be based close to the Central Cape Town Area.
