Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assessing and validating commercial claims
- Managing relationships with clients and brokers
- Negotiating settlements and handling disputes
- Providing support and guidance to junior claims staff
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- RE 5 Certification
- FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4
- Matric qualification
- Experience in binder broker claims
