Our client, a leader in retail and shopper marketing solutions, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Finance Manager to join their team.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong financial background and leadership skills to make a real impact across a portfolio of businesses with different financial structures.To apply, send your CV toDuties:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Take the lead in compiling and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals. Provide regular updates on financial performance and drive accountability across the business.
• Financial Analysis: Offer insights on financial trends, monitor forecasting, and assist with financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Information Management & Reporting: Ensure managers are well-informed on the financial position of the business, and help guide leaders to optimize resources for maximum efficiency.
• Liaison with Operations: Act as a key point of contact between finance and operations, addressing any issues and supporting collections and debt management.
• Risk Management: Proactively update risk reports and highlight potential financial risks related to debtors, dissolutions, and contract terms.
• People Management: Manage, guide, and motivate your team to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Finance
• BCom Honours
• CA(SA)

Experience:

• Completed SAICA Articles.
• At least 8 years in a financial management role.
• 3 Years management accounting experience.
• Exposure within the FMCG industry is a BIG plus!
• Must have experience with external stakeholder engagement.
