Role Description
Full-time on-site role located in Maitland, Cape Town for Commercial and Industrial Brokers. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to brokering commercial and industrial properties.
Requirements
Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of commercial and industrial real estate market trends Experience in property sales Experience in commercial and industrial letting
Ability to commute/relocate:
Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
