Job Description


Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand clients' needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives for all accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capture additional revenue.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services to all accounts.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive long-term growth and client satisfaction.
  • Align sales and marketing efforts with the company's strategic goals.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on account performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall sales performance.
  • Analyse sales data and market feedback to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Experience required:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a similar sales/marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and innovation in approach to sales and marketing.
