Job Description


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or market related field experience.
  • Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in commercial sales within the construction or precast concrete industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of precast concrete products, applications, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth in the precast concrete market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Tenders and Quoting: Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and quotations. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on sales metrics, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use data to forecast sales trends and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and enhance their skills and performance. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our precast concrete products, technical specifications, and applications. Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients and internal teams.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Have a knowledge of construction related contracts such as JBCC / FIDIC / NEC .
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure that client needs are met effectively
