Assisting in drafting legal documents and contracts, including Letters of Intent and Offers to Purchase.
Taking ownership of a high level commercial documentation that includes status tracking
Responsibly managing property information by gathering, organising, and summarising data for distribution.
Effectively communicating with all involved parties to ensure deadlines are met and transactions proceed smoothly.
Occasionally facilitating document collection or delivery of contracts as needed.
Coordinating and occasionally participating in client consultations as required.
Handling transaction-related administrative tasks such as FICA compliance with diligence.
What you need:
Law degree.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Keen attention to detail and robust analytical skills.
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
While experience in commercial real estate transactions is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
