New revenue strategies with specific focus on digitalising the BBCO andLoftus platform.
Staff management.
Stakeholder and Relationship management.
Extensive client relationship management across all levels within the externalenvironment-specificfocus on senior strategic individuals.
Managing client expectations to ensure client retention.
Sponsorship contract management.
Financial Management
Drafting of budgets.
Manage budgets effectively and efficiently.
To deliver profitable projects.
Full financial management including the income aspects of the projects.
Apply cost saving techniques to maximize on profits.
Financial reporting.
Timely invoicing of client aligned to contracts.
