Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Contracts management:
- Understanding and managing construction and sales contracts.
- Negotiating and finalising contracts with clients and partners.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in managing construction and sales contracts.
- Experience in dealing with complex political construction environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Projects.
- Familiarity with costing platforms like Candy is advantageous
- Approachable and likeable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and challenge ideas constructively.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working.
