Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Proven track record in managing construction and sales contracts.
Experience in dealing with complex political construction environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Projects.
Familiarity with costing platforms like Candy is advantageous
Approachable and likeable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to think critically and challenge ideas constructively.
Reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working.
