YOUR MISSIONCommercial Marketing is the function within Marketing that takes responsibility for marketing the PUMA brand within both Retail and Trade (Sport and Sportstyle), Ecommerce, Full Price Stores, Outlets, Pop Ups and Concession Stores, as well as to their consumers.The key responsibility of the Commercial Marketing Manager - Retail is to bring the brand to life through integrated, innovative and industry leading campaigns and activations, maximizing brand exposure, desirability and sell through within PUMA stores. This includes planning and executing the local Commercial Marketing strategy in collaboration with the Teamhead Commercial Marketing, and working cross functionally with the Consumer Marketing, Sports and Sportstyle Marketing, Sales, Merchandise and Operations teams to deliver best in class marketing activities across South Africa. Tasks include but are not limited to window and in-store branding, social media & PR, experiential executions and activations, promotions, store openings, localized shoots, and internal and external communication.KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORSPlan the annual Retail Marketing strategy in line with the local and global strategy and GSEC/RESEC.Effective and timeous execution of key initiative campaigns at all full price stores, in-line with global guidelines.Effective and timeous execution of key initiative campaigns at all outlet stores, in-line with global guidelines.Effective and timeous execution of sell-through activities i.e. promotions & activations, media campaigns (awareness/traffic), store launches, booklets, in-store campaigns, experiential executions, weekly newsletters, etc.Budget management including spend planning, tracking and departmental reporting.YOUR TALENT
