Job Summary Our client, renowned organisation in the Sub-Saharan Southern African Talent Management Sector is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Commercial Sales General Manager to be based in their Johannesburg Offices. KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS : At minimum a B Degree in commerce / masters in business administration (MBA). At least 10 - 15 Years Business Development experience in the industrial chemicals and water treatment industry. Extensive knowledge of B2B sales within the water/waste or energy industry. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Defining the annual Sales Budget and exceeding defined targets in line with the company''''s strategy Optimise bookings for the company, predominantly in South Africa and various counties in Southern Africa. Develop and optimize bid strategies and sales and marketing strategies.
