Job Description


Job Purpose:
A dynamic and growing company is seeking a Commercial Support Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient coordination of sales, customer service, and business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Length Of Contract: 6 MonthsKey Responsibilities:

  • Assist the commercial team with administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and report preparation.
  • Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing professional and efficient support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Assist in the implementation of commercial strategies to support business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform general office administration tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or commercial support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (advantageous).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
