Dealership Performance evaluation
Maintaining records, requesting reports from subordinates, and evaluating dealership performance. The GM is also responsible for the Performance Appraisals of the Management Team and is the arbitrator in Performance Management disputes of subordinates

Working with senior staff and account managers to improve efficiency and performance

Improving internal processes to increase productivity

Setting operational policies and ensuring that strategic goals are met

The GM is responsible for evaluating the Performance Appraisal of the management team (Sales, Workshop, Service, Office Manager)
Minimum of 3-5 years in same or similar role as General Manager in a Commercial Motor Industry environment
Excellent understanding of automotive industry
Goal / Target driven
Commercial Vehicle experience ESSENTIAL!!!
