Job Description
Responsibilities:
Customer service
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining customer relationships
- Ensuring parts are available, maintaining inventory levels, and ordering parts for repairs
- Ensuring parts are high-quality, accurate, and free of damage
- Ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired according to policies and procedures, and that the workshop staff comply with safety regulations
- Ensuring all equipment is in line with operational requirements, and is used safely and properly maintained
- Training and supervising employed personnel. Performing staff Performance Appraisals
- Minimum of 3-5 years in same or similar role as Workshop Manager / Spares experience in a Commercial Motor Industry environment
- Excellent understanding of automotive industry
- Commercial Vehicle experience ESSENTIAL!!!
