Ensuring parts are high-quality, accurate, and free of damage
Workshop management
Ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired according to policies and procedures, and that the workshop staff comply with safety regulations
Equipment management
Ensuring all equipment is in line with operational requirements, and is used safely and properly maintained
Staff management
Training and supervising employed personnel. Performing staff Performance Appraisals
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years in same or similar role as Workshop Manager / Spares experience in a Commercial Motor Industry environment
Excellent understanding of automotive industry
Commercial Vehicle experience ESSENTIAL!!!
