Commercial/practice Manager
Job Description
Marie Stopes South Africa is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead their Durban team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and delivering on the turn-around strategy for the Durban operation.
You will also be required to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensure that the clinic is operating to excellent standards, instill a client centric culture at the clinic and drive and promote sales in the KZN region. You will also be required to explore new business opportunities in KZN region. You will be required to understand and engage with the work processes and policies of both Marie Stopes South Africa and MSI Choices.
We provide services to retail clients; members of all medical aid schemes and we are in the process of contracting with the Provincial Department of Health

Sales and Business Development Clinical Operations Management Client Care and Satisfaction Team Leadership and Development Administrative Oversight Budgeting and Financial Management Compliance and Risk Management
ABOUT YOU
You are Pro-choice. A relevant B-degree in Healthcare Management / Business Science / related field or hand on experience in operating a health care facility. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the private sector. A working knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices. Able to speak and understand the local languages. Proficient in sales strategies, business development, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems. Ability to build a strong client centric team
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
Saturdays 08.30 -14.00 - Maybe necessary

Market related salary commensurate with background and experience
