- Execute trades for various commodities, including agricultural products, minerals, and energy resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Negotiate prices and terms to secure the best deals and optimise profitability.
- Manage the logistics and supply chain processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of commodities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on market developments, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Proven experience in commodity trading, with a track record of successful deals.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of market trends, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple trading activities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant trading software and tools is advantageous.
