Communications Administrator - CPT, NorthernSuburbsFull job descriptionPURPOSE OF THE JOBTo provide a support function to the Communication Manager in aligning all internal communication with thebusiness strategy of the company and the Sikhula KunYe culture.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAdministration for Internal Communications officeAssist with Event Planning - Info Sessions, Central Office Convention, department eventsAssist with administration of internal communication eg. newsletters & emailersAssist with Media Support - Intranet, Archive, Radio station support, external communication supportAd hoc tasks JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTSCreativity - Aptitude for visual elementsInterest in digital designingInterpersonal skillsBasic financial competencyKnowledge and understanding of PR (including writing; editing; compiling articles, etc.)Knowledge and understanding of digital channelsComputer literacy - Google WorkspaceWritten communication skillsAttention to detail, grammar and spellingEager to learnKnowledge of sound, streaming and audio visual technology will be an advantageCorporate work experience will be an advantageRetail experience will be an advantageExperience working with external newsletter agencies will be an advantagePhotographic experience will be an advantageEvent Management experience will be an advantagePresentation Skills will be an advantageWebsite management will be an advantageCLOSING DATE: Wednesday, 03 July 2024
