Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement, promote company culture, and ensure seamless information flow across the organization.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in Communications, CSI, PR, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in internal communications, content creation, and event management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms.
- Experience in managing CSI programs and digital marketing.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with company values and goals.
- Create content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet, and other platforms.
- Manage internal and external events, media relations, and corporate communications.
- Promote the company's sustainability efforts and CSI activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, businesses, and local communities.
- Oversee crisis communication plans and mitigate reputational risks.
