The Internal Communication Intern will support the Internal Communications Manager in creating, managing, and delivering content that keeps our employees informed, engaged, and connected. This role is ideal for a creative, organised individual who is eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced corporate environment.What Youll Do:

  • Content Creation: Assist in drafting, editing, and publishing internal communications, including newsletters, intranet articles, emails, and announcements.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate on the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with company brands and messaging.
  • Employee Engagement: Contribute ideas and support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices in internal communication and provide insights to help improve our strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks related to internal communication projects, such as coordinating meetings and managing content.

  • Currently unemployed
  • Between the age of 18 - 35
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new software.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and engagement.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
