Do you regard yourself as a Media, Digital and Influencer specialist? The Communications Specialist will be the brand's voice, shaping how people perceive the company. This will include managing, developing and driving brand positioning in the market specifically in the area of owned, earned and paid Brand Media, Social Media, PR and Influencer relations.
In this position responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
PR and Influencers
Building strong relationships with influencers and media teams
Lead influencer marketing and partnerships
Develop event and media strategies
Manage budgets and campaign performance
Social Media
Owns the day-to-day operations and growth of the company's social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Responsible for the development of strategy for each owned channel
Brand Media
Own the development and execution of a paid media plan that strengthens the brand's desired positioning.
Budget
Responsible for management of budgets
Corporate and Social ResponsibilityRequirements:
+ 4 years social media ad brand media experience
+2 years PR experience
Ideal experience within a digital PR, media and PR eventing roles
Existing network of media and industry contacts
Solid experience with social media, brand media and influencer marketing environment
Knowledge of trends in beauty, media, lifestyle, PR and e-PR
