Job Description

A Community Manager creates and manages a companys brand voice and image. Duties include creating and publishing content on all media platforms, reviewing social media and other marketing metrics to build and improve campaign strategies and crafting responses to customers feedback and messages on various platforms. The Community Manager will also be required to be creative and will be requested to publish creative social media content.Creating interesting, relevant, and engaging content for relevant platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with global strategy while considering
regional nuances.
Write content for digital ads, social media, emails, blogs, websites, and in-product messaging.
Adapt tone, style, and messaging to different target audiences while ensuring brand consistency;
Writing copy for a variety of brand websites.
Updating content and graphics to websites via CMS.
Writing copy for electronic newsletters and emails.
Writing blog posts and updating social media daily.
Copy checking.
An understanding of social media and how to effectively use this to drive web traffic
Strong writing skills; both long and short copy.
Identify with brands and conceptualise strategies to communicate their message to their target.
Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar.
Create engaging and shareable content for a blog, Facebook page, monthly newsletters and/or promotional
videos.
Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.
Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.
Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community using key performance
indicators (KPIs).
Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products markets
Be exposed to a multitude of leading social media channel marketing strategies and how best to employ the
tools of the trade.Qualifications
Bachelors or associated degree in marketing, PR, communications or a related field
A background in journalism and public relations is advantageous
