As such you must be proficient on Facebook, Instagram, Meta, X, LinkedIn and TikTok, with YouTube Insights being a bonus.We're looking for a candidate who is able to write post copy. You may also be required to assist with UGC (User Generated Content) examples/content. Our ideal individual for this role has some sort of Copywriting and design knowledge - while you won't be required to design, you might need to assist with Copywriting.As the Community Manager, you will ensure that content published is aligned to brand guidelines and overall communication style and tone. The successful candidate will be responsible for social media and direct customer or service communication on a variety of accounts including alcohol brands, motor, service, FMCG, etc.You will act as the face and voice of the agency's clients' brands and will manage all community communications, social media, and content creation.Responsibilities
