Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage comprehensive rewards, benefits, and incentive programs.
Benchmark and analyze salary structures to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Oversee merit increases, bonus structures, and long/short-term incentive plans.
Develop and refine C&B policies while ensuring compliance with company and legal regulations.
Partner with finance, recruitment, and HR teams to optimize compensation strategies.
Provide key reports and analytics on compensation trends and global salary structures.
Manage high-level stakeholder interactions and handle compensation-related escalations.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3+ years leading the function.
Proven expertise in salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and incentive structuring.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience in global rewards and multi-region compensation frameworks.
Industry exposure to ITES, KPO, Analytics, or Call Centre environments.
Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense (advantageous).
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
