Job Description


Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing compensation & benefits policies, procedures and standards within the legislative framework and advising accordingly
  • Preparing the Compensation & Benefits budget for the entire organization for incorporation into the various functional budgets and ensuring the preparation for annual salary reviews, performance bonus & wage negotiations are collated timeously
  • Analyzing compensation and benefits policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan
  • Conducting organizational specific salary surveys and giving input to external salary surveys for bench-marking purposes
  • Proactively bench-marking and analyzing compensation levels and practices to influence the attraction and retention of HIPOs
  • Working closely with global organizations in managing and implementing incentive schemes
  • Reviewing compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on business and employee needs
  • Managing HR employee programs i.e., employee services awards, employee recognition
  • Ensuring HR K-Success employee data correlates with payroll employee data
  • Management of HR K-Success system and HR Office Administration
Education:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related
Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits Manager
  • Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering environment beneficial
  • Proven experience in managing teams
  • Experience with HR SAP/R3 or K-Success
  • Strong sound knowledge of HR Management principles and practices
  • Financial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Deadline driven
